We have a house cleaning solution for any budget, and guarantee our work.

How many people do you send to clean a home?

Typically, we have teams of 2 Specialists, but at no time there would be more than 3 persons in a home.

What areas do you serve?

Are your cleaning products safe?

We never mix solutions and our products are green-friendly and safe. The main difference is we use the commercial line, and all research data could be found online on these products.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We provide all the necessary equipment essential for cleaning your home. Unless you have a special type of brand, or a particular product you want us to use, we will only use eco-friendly products to ensure the safety of you and your family.

Can I have the teams clean with my own supplies, products and equipment?

Sure, we will be happy to clean with any special cleaner or products and equipment you might need, but cannot be responsible if your vacuum cleaner causes any damage.

What if I have some things I don’t want touched/cleaned?

It is best to call or email us and give us the special instruction.

What should I do if I own pets?

We are pet friendly, but please let us know if you have pets. It would be best to put your animals away to avoid any mishaps.

Do I have to do anything before my cleaning day?

In order to give you the best value for your money, we ask that you straighten up the night before. All clothes, papers and toys should be picked up the night before. The crew does not wash laundry or dishes. You can also have a day of organizing for $65.00 + tax per hour if needed.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled house cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service or skip that particular cleaning day and clean your house on the next scheduled time.

APPOINTMENT AND KEYS

What time will the Maid be at my home?

Our normal work days are Monday thru Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. We will make every effort to meet your needs, but a specific time is hard to set. You may request an a.m. or p.m. time slot. Please allow a 1 hour window of time to show up.

Who will be in my home?

Your home is cleaned by a regularly assigned Service Pro and day each time. Same day each rotation and approximately the same time each cleaning.

Can you keep a copy of my key so I don’t have to hide it each visit?

Sure, we are happy to keep a copy of your key and store it in our steel lock box in our office.

How do I create a SaverMaids Account?

Need to make changes to your booking, reschedule your cleaning, or cancel? Log in into your SaverMaids account at www.savermaids.com

Your username is your email address, and your password is the one created when you first signed up.  If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it

PRICING & POLICIES

When do you charge my credit card?

You will be charged after service has been completed, but we will pre-authorize your credit card in the amount of $.50 prior to your appointment taking place. This pre-authorization fee is to ensure your credit card is valid, and will be refunded once we have verified your credit card.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem, but you must give a 24 – 48 hours notice for changes. Please advise us as soon as possible so unnecessary trips won’t occur. There will be a $30.00 trip charge if the office is not contacted.

Can I cancel my recurring service before my fourth cleaning?

Yes you can, but you will be charged to our “once time service” pricing.

How do I pay for the services?

All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard) you can pay online or at the time of service, we no longer accept cash or checks.

How much does it cost to clean my house?

Can I tip the service pro?

If you are pleased with the work done in your home we don’t mind you show your appreciation to your service team. Although not required, a gratuity is a powerful way to say I appreciate your work. Even a note from you, simply saying “thanks for a job well done” means a great deal.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes! At SaverMaids, we pride our service pros with the best home service professionals. They undergo a rigorous screening and verification process which includes background checks in accordance with local, state, and federal laws – as well as in-person assessments. To ensure a consistently high-quality performance, our service pros are also evaluated on an ongoing basis through a multi-factor process. Be assured, you’re in good hands!

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Your satisfaction and safety is our highest priority, and we’ve set strict standards to deliver on this commitment. We do understand that accidents can happen, and in the rare and unlikely event of an incident, our Trust & Safety Team is here to support you.

For ultimate protection and peace of mind, we recommend securing or removing any valuable or personal items prior to your appointment.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes! Rest assured, all payments are processed through Stripe, a third party service provider. Stripe is a secure, SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant system.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes! All SaverMaids Service pros are screened through a rigorous background check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Our mission is to make homes happier! If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please Contact Us within 24 hours of your service and we will assist with finding a resolution.

What is your refund policy?

We are not happy until you are happy, if you’re unhappy with your service for any reason, contact uswithin 24 hours of your service and we’ll be glad clean again your place at no additional charge, simple as that. However we do full refund in certain circumstances within the 24 hours period.
